Although all implementations are different, we generally find most Phase 1 implementations for new customers are best delivered as 6-10 week projects, allowing enough time to design and configure the tool correctly but still providing value quickly.

Clarity is an intuitive product, and we have a lot of implementation experience, ensuring your configuration is as easy to use as possible.
Due to this, along with customer feedback, our standard training offering is a lean and efficient train-the-trainer approach to help develop in-house champions who can train wider teams.
Where this is not appropriate, more traditional group/classroom training is also available and this would be discussed during your project scoping.
We provide different levels of implementation support, depending on your requirements. For all implementations, we take an iterative, hybrid approach (we use agile and waterfall methodologies) and configure everything from the ground up, reducing the risk for your clients.
