Founded in 2002 we established our first office in the UK, to bring new cloud-based CRM and document management technologies to the European market.
By 2005 we had become a CA Services Partner which enabled us to provide new project management resources which was the start of our longstanding relationship with CA, now Broadcom. Due to our continued success with CA Technologies, we became CA Services’ preferred partner for Clarity PPM consulting.
In 2014 Ignite Technology was established in the Middle East and Africa. We continued our expansion and set up Ignite Technology in The Netherlands, running all Northern Europe projects with additional offices added in the Czech Republic and Sweden.
We provide a full suite of enterprise software solutions and services from some of the world’s leading enterprise software vendors including Broadcom, SER Group and Planview.
Roger is Ignite’s CEO with over 25 years’ experience in IT and business change.
He’s driven by bringing better technology and processes to businesses and enabling people to get the most from them. He is focused on ensuring everyone at Ignite always understands where they can add value to customers and ensuring this is delivered. Focusing on this end value and not being distracted by the noise of the mundane is extremely important to him, as are the key values by which he runs the business: Always do the right thing, with honesty and honouring commitments top of the list.
Martin is our CTO and oversees Ignite’s internal IT systems and technical delivery to our customers.
As well as bringing his 17+ years of experience of enterprise solutions and infrastructure services to the team, Martin’s true talent lies in his ability to move seamlessly from a detailed technical level to translating that message in a meaningful way to the business decision makers. This allows Ignite to deliver technically complex solutions in a simple and understandable way.

Ben’s responsible for Ignite’s customer success and ValueOps programme across the UK & Ireland and is passionate about helping customers maximise their investment in PPM and Agile software to drive their businesses forward.
With an extensive background in PPM implementations prior to venturing into a broader business development role Ben brings a genuine desire to help our customers unlock real value, by combining the right technology with a trusted partner in Ignite.

Jamie is our man in Dubai, and responsible for business development and partnerships with Broadcom’s franchises across the Middle East and Africa.

Jamie has spoken at numerous industry events in the region and is passionate about building long term relationships with partners and customers.
Business Development Director, Nordics
Jan joined Ignite in 2010 and played a pivotal role in setting up the business operation in Dubai.
Jan is now responsible for our operation in the Nordics region where he has spent time as a project architect, project manager, delivery manager and sales lead – so he brings a very broad skill-set to our European clients! Business Development Director, Benelux
Petr’s based in our Prague office and manages business development activity across the Benelux region.
With more than 20 years experience working as a Clarity PPM consultant Petr brings a wealth of knowledge to all our clients.
Kate is our Finance Manager and has been with us since 2010.
Kate is responsible the financial health of the company, developing long and short term financial strategies and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department.
Phil manages our support operation for a wide range of customers, including banks, government agencies and some of the world’s largest organisations.
With over 15 years’ experience in project and portfolio management systems, specialising in Clarity, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that helps the business to deliver first class support to all our clients.
Austen is responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives.

UK & EMEA Sales Director
Elizabeth forms part of the UK Sales team and is responsible for UK & Ireland software sales.
Elizabeth has over 14 years of experience working within the tech industry. She is experienced in working with a range of customer from large corporate organisations to start-ups. She is adept at understanding a businesses’ needs, offering sound advice and providing solutions.
