The Solution
Bci implemented Project Portfolio Management (at the time branded CA PPM, now Broadcom’s Clarity PPM) to simplify and consolidate the project management lifecycle, giving end-to-end visibility across its key processes and integrating with the bank’s SAP systems for procurement management.
The platform now serves around 300 active business users managing 250 projects with a combined budget exceeding US$80 million.
