Although all implementations are different, we generally find most Phase 1 implementations for new customers are best delivered as 6-10 week projects, allowing enough time to design and configure the tool correctly but still providing value quickly.

Clarity is an intuitive product and we have a lot of implementation experience, ensuring your configuration is as easy to use as possible.
Because of this, and customer feedback, our standard training offering is a lean and efficient train-the-trainer approach to help develop in-house champions who can train wider teams.
Where this is not appropriate more traditional group/classroom training is also available and this would be discussed during your project scoping.
