This is a dynamic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a proven history of success creating, driving and executing B2B marketing programs for a fast growing, multi-channel organization.

Primary duties will include;

  • Campaign management and employing analytics to drive improvement in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Work with Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop campaigns that communicate value and differentiate products in the market.
  • Sales enablement – communicate the intent of campaigns to the inside and outside sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing program performance against lead targets and against past performance, and make and implement recommendations for optimization.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Find successful new vehicles and new media, track and analyse campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop strategies, programs, campaigns and key messaging to drive greater adoption among target prospects in key markets.
  • Work very closely with Sales to ensure their marketing needs are met in supporting company objectives and revenue numbers.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience;

  • Hands-on professional with a proven history of success creating, driving and executing B2B marketing programs for a fast growing, multi-channel organisation.
  • Experienced Enterprise B2B marketer, ideally within technology environment.
  • A balanced background within a larger company, to bring structure and experience, but also experience of the fun and challenges of working within a smaller company.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing platforms.
  • Skilled at building high-impact inbound campaigns.
  • Building content strategy and plans to support brand and demand goals.
  • Management of external agency suppliers to optimise impact and ensure they have what they need to succeed.
  • Able to build an attribution model and demonstrate a deep ROI mindset against a defined budget.
  • Paid-media campaign experience – in particular LinkedIn.
  • Able to communicate Marketing concepts to a non-marketing audience to drive engagement and buy-in.
  • Proven experience of a test and learn approach in driving effectiveness.
  • Able to produce regular status reports, including progress to budget, qualified leads, conversion rates and pipeline details.
  • Works well with the sales team, partners etc.
  • Proficient user of IT Software, including CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, plus Microsoft Office suite, CRM/Project Management tools.
  • Use data objectively to improve marketing reach.
  • Able to produce regular status reports, including progress to budget, qualified leads, conversion rates and pipeline details.
  • Languages: English is a must, but other Northern European languages would be an advantage.
